Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position

Location: Bullhead City, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (5/8's, 8 hours per day, case load dependent with some flexing)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

• Circulator role in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
• Surgical specialties include:

  • Endoscopy
  • General Surgery (open, laparoscopic, robotic with DaVinci Xi)
  • ENT
  • Vascular
  • Orthopedics (Total Joints, arthroscopy, trauma; no spine)
  • Pain Management
  • Gynecology (no obstetrics)
  • Urology
  • Podiatry
• Facility has a 6-bed OR plus 1 Endoscopy suite
• Must be a team player able to function independently after 1 week of orientation
• On-call availability required for nights and weekends (no minimum or maximum, no exceptions)
• No option for 48-hour guarantee or block scheduling
• Scrubs are light blue and provided onsite

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently after orientation

• RTO blackout on July 4th
• Position requires flexibility to complete cases that run over scheduled shift times
