Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 4/10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
On Call: 9-10 shifts per month including 1 weekend
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Perform duties as a Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist in the Cath Lab.
Responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring during invasive radiological procedures.
Utilize sterile technique and scrub for procedures such as angiogram, PCI, complex cases (CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, Peripheral).
STEMI coverage is required.
Experience with Impella and IABP devices expected.
Monitor and record on MacLab system; training on MacLab use will be provided.
Maintain knowledge of products and restock procedure rooms as needed.
Scrub color: any solid color.
EMR system used: Cerner.
Structural Heart experience preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, with experience within the last year.
ARRT certification required.
Prior Cath Lab Technologist experience required.
