Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Position

Location: Gadson, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Provide nursing care on a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Patient ratio: 6 patients to 1 nurse.
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Travelers must include home address and Social Security Number on submissions.
• Position requires night shift work with every other weekend coverage.
