- Scrub Color: Black
- RTO (Return to Office) Blackout Dates: Required for holidays; other dates TBD
Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Arizona RN License
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIH Certification
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years ICU experience
- Preferred Experience: Impella and IABP
Additional Notes
- No option for 48-hour guarantee
- Holiday coverage required
