• Shift: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
• Schedule: 2/3 split schedule with block scheduling possible
• Call: May be required
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Number of Beds: 24
• EMR System: Cerner
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Tennessee RN License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior Travel Experience: Preferred but not required
• Additional: Must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility

Role Scope

• Provide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, developmental, and general care needs
• Meet communication needs of patients and families
• Demonstrate professional initiative and responsibility
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition changes, diagnostic test results, and symptomatology

Schedule Example

• Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Off Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Work Wednesday, Thursday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• No floating required
• Travel Time Off (RTO) must be included with submission and made up at the end of the contract
