Travel RN Opportunity - Emergency Room

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Shift: Mids (11 AM - 11 PM)
Schedule: Block scheduling allowed
Weekend/Holiday: Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed
No call, no floating
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Number of Beds: 44

Requirements

Licenses: Tennessee or Multistate RN license required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH (ARC/AHA only)
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred (1 year required)
EMR Experience: Cerner
Additional: Must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility
Uniform: Scrubs - Navy

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery. The RN maintains clinical competencies through continuing education, delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervises assigned personnel delivering patient care.
