Job Details

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other week (EOW)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Floating: Required but rarely needed; may occasionally float to ICU for MS Overflow or Step Down patients
• Patient Ratio: Typically 1:6, sometimes 1:7
• EMR Systems: Cerner, Mindray Telemetry System
• Scrubs Color: Royal Blue
• Call: No call required

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Med Surg nursing
• Certifications:

  • BLS (required)
  • ACLS (preferred)
• Additional:

  • Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers (agency must be registered with NM for fingerprinting process)
  • Block scheduling may be accommodated if days vary week to week
  • 48-hour guarantees may be accommodated if specified in submission

Notes

• Floating is required but rarely needed
• May occasionally float to ICU for overflow or step down patients
• Maximum 1 week return to office (RTO) approved

This position is suitable for RNs with at least 1 year of Med Surg experience looking for a night shift travel assignment in New Mexico.
