Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 4/10's (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
On Call: 9-10 shifts/month and 1 weekend per month

Job Description

Position requires experience as a Cardio-Vascular Radiological Technologist specifically in the Cath Lab.
Duties include scrubbing and monitoring during procedures.
Must use sterile technique and have experience scrubbing cath lab procedures such as angiogram, PCI, complex cases (CTO, L main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, Peripheral).
Structural Heart experience is preferred but not required.
STEMI coverage is required.
Use of Impella and IABP devices is expected.
Monitoring (recording) on MacLab system; training on MacLab use will be provided.
Responsible for knowledge of products and restocking rooms.
Scrub color: any solid color.
EMR system used: Cerner.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab specialty.
ARRT certification required. RCIS certification will NOT be accepted.

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is NOT explicitly required.
