Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – Travel Position

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights, 1830 - 0700 (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
  • Delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
  • Maintaining airways and ventilator management
  • Performing intubations and blood gas analysis

You will provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients. Experience in ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department (ED) is required. Minimal experience in NICU and Pediatrics is needed to cover the ED.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Respiratory Therapy
  • Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • Experience in ICU, Emergency Department (ED), NICU, and Pediatric patients
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

  • Night shift schedule (3x12 hours)
  • Contract length is approximately 13 weeks
