Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel)

Location: Gadson, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM, every other weekend
• Patient Ratio: 6 to 1
• EMR System: Cerner (experience preferred)
• Travel Distance Requirement: Must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

This position is ideal for a Med Surg RN with at least one year of experience, comfortable working day shifts with a 6:1 patient ratio, and who meets licensure and certification requirements. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred but not mandatory.
