Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Corsicana, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
• No call, no block scheduling, no 48-hour guarantee
• Trauma Level IV experience required
• Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 5 patients
• Number of beds: 14
• Electronic Medical Record system: Medhost-EDIS
• Parking available in front of the hospital

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department
• Minimum 2 years of trauma experience, including trauma experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

• Dress code: Scrubs in any solid color
• Travelers submitted without all required information and qualifications will be rejected
