Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Location: Corsicana, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (5x8)
• Call: Required one day per week from 3:30 PM – 6:30 AM and one weekend per month (rotating)
• Scheduling: No block scheduling, no floating
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Charting: Paper charting
• Scrubs: Provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties including General Surgery, Endoscopy (ENDO), Robotics, Orthopedics (ORTHO), and Vascular Surgery
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
• Call coverage includes one weekday overnight and one weekend per month on a rotating basis
• No return to office (RTO) blackout dates

This position is ideal for experienced OR RNs comfortable with a variety of surgical specialties and flexible call requirements.
