This position is for an Echo Technologist working day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with consistent 8-hour schedules. The assignment runs for a 13-week period and guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week. The technologist will primarily work at one main imaging location while also supporting an additional nearby site one day per week. The imaging department typically operates with a small team of one to three technologists, with each technologist performing approximately eight to twelve exams per day. The role focuses on performing echocardiography and ultrasound imaging studies while ensuring high-quality diagnostic results and patient-centered care. The environment requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to manage workflow efficiently in a busy imaging setting. Candidates who are resilient, dependable, and comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare environment are preferred.

Requirements:
Applicants must have at least one to two years of relevant experience performing routine ultrasound and echocardiography procedures. Required certifications include AHA BLS and either ARDMS RDCS, RVT, or CCI credentials. Candidates should be capable of performing routine general ultrasound studies as well as specialized vascular imaging including arterial studies, venous duplex exams, and carotid imaging. Experience with EPIC charting is preferred but not mandatory. An Associate’s Degree or certificate in an allied health field is required, while a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to adapt to workflow changes in a clinical environment. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned imaging locations as needed for scheduled shifts.
