Physical Therapist assignment for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and is suited for a therapist working in a rehabilitative or post-acute care setting. The PT will focus on restoring patient mobility, strength, and functional independence through individualized treatment plans. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and improve overall quality of life.

Requirements:
Candidates should have experience working as a Physical Therapist in a clinical, rehab, or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient-centered care planning is essential. The therapist must be able to manage a caseload efficiently, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and maintain accurate documentation. Active PT licensure and all required certifications must be current and in good standing prior to the start of the assignment.
