Occupational Therapist (OT) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting for a 13-week contract with 35 guaranteed hours per week working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments to improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide individualized patient-centered therapy services within a post-acute and long-term care environment. Requirements: Active Occupational Therapist license required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of OT experience preferred
Active BLS certification required
Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills required
Experience with geriatric rehabilitation and ADL training preferred
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and functional mobility interventions preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a rehab team required
