Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist assignment for a 13-week contract working 8-hour day shifts with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The PT will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs while developing individualized plans of care based on evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. This role supports patient recovery through therapeutic interventions, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and comprehensive documentation within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active Massachusetts PT license required
New graduates accepted with Level II clinical experience
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practice required
Ability to supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and/or students preferred
Knowledge of APTA standards, ethics, and state practice regulations required
