Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts in a rehabilitation/LTC setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs while developing individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Candidates must have at least 1 year of PT experience, with LTC or Rehab experience required. New grads are accepted if they have completed a Level II clinical experience rather than only Level I observation experience. An active Massachusetts PT License is required. BLS certification is also required. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical decision-making, patient education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Massachusetts PT License required
BLS Certification required
New grads accepted with Level II clinical experience
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care planning
Ability to supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and/or students
Strong documentation and communication skills required
