Travel Occupational Therapist opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting for a 13-week contract with 35 guaranteed hours per week. This role focuses on helping patients improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills within a rehab-focused SNF environment.

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist license required 
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehab experience preferred 
Strong knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions preferred 
Experience working with geriatric and post-acute populations preferred 
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required 
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately 
Current BLS certification preferred
