Full-time rehabilitation clinician position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, 40 hours per week with weekend rotation required. Role is based in a 118-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-stay rehabilitation, long-term care, and rehab-to-home services. The facility features a large, well-equipped therapy gym including an ADL kitchen, outdoor patio, treadmill, stationary bikes, standing frame, and parallel bars. Focus is on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Requirements:
Active professional license required in the state of practice (discipline-specific). Experience in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred. Strong knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility training required. Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire.
