This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 40 hours per week and no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on restoring mobility and functional independence.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT). Experience in SNF, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is preferred. Strong skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and EMR documentation are required.
