Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist

Seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working Day Shift | 8-hour days in a rehab/LTC setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs while developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards. Responsibilities include administering therapeutic exercises, ambulation training, manual therapy techniques, modalities, wound care treatments, and use of supportive or assistive devices. The PT will monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, provide patient and caregiver education, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, supervise PTAs and rehab aides, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Adherence to APTA standards, ethical guidelines, and state practice acts is required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Massachusetts PT License required
BLS Certification required
New grads accepted with Level II clinical experience (Level I observation-only experience not accepted)
Strong communication and patient education skills required
Experience with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and wound care preferred
