Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment working 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. This position requires flexibility to float between multiple SNF locations while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.
Requirements:
2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Active Occupational Therapist license required
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills required
Experience developing individualized rehabilitation programs required
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting required
Must be willing to float to Salinas and Kingsburg locations
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
