Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve safe and effective outcomes. This role requires strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, procedural nursing experience, and the ability to provide physical and emotional support to patients and families in a high-acuity procedural environment. Requirements: 2+ years of RN Cath Lab experience required
Active Arkansas RN License or Compact RN License required
BLS (AHA) certification required
ACLS (AHA) certification required
PALS (AHA) certification required
Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms required
Experience circulating and monitoring Cath Lab procedures required
MediTech EMR experience preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle required
Permanent address must be included in profile required
Facility will not review candidates within 90 miles of Batesville
RTO must be included at time of submission and cannot exceed 5 days
Skills checklist completed within the last year required
Two supervisory references from within the last two years required
