Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a 6-week contract to provide clinical leadership, oversee daily nursing operations, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The RN Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. On-call responsibilities are required, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. Requirements: Current RN license required
Previous RN leadership or management experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred (facility dependent)
Strong leadership, team development, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with staffing, scheduling, and daily unit operations preferred
Knowledge of quality improvement, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced clinical environment and participate in on-call coverage
