Description

13-week Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 5x8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). No call, weekend, or holiday requirements. The SLP will provide acute care speech-language pathology services, including the evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Candidates must have hospital/acute care experience, including proficiency with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies, and experience using Epic EMR. Requirements: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the applicable state
Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
Minimum 2 years of acute care or hospital Speech-Language Pathology experience
Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Epic EMR experience required
Proficiency performing Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies required
FEES certification preferred
Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and computer skills
