Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Minimum 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience required
New graduates may be considered with qualifying Level II clinical experience; Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient
Experience evaluating and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Knowledge of standardized assessments, evidence-based interventions, dysphagia management, and individualized treatment planning
Strong electronic documentation, treatment-minute tracking, and discharge planning skills
Ability to educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ability to supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists as needed
One professional reference accepted at the time of submission
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
