Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience required
New graduates may be considered with qualifying Level II clinical experience; Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient
Experience evaluating and treating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs
Experience with manual therapy, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care, and assistive/supportive devices
Knowledge of standardized assessments, evidence-based interventions, and individualized treatment planning
Strong electronic documentation, treatment-minute tracking, and discharge planning skills
Ability to supervise PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and/or Physical Therapy students as needed
Knowledge of APTA standards, state practice requirements, and professional ethics
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
