Description

Active Alaska Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred
Experience evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
Proficiency with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, transfer training, gait training, and assistive devices
Ability to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Strong patient education, clinical documentation, and discharge planning skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and other interdisciplinary team members
Strong communication, time management, and patient-safety skills
