Seeking an experienced Emergency Room / Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in a combined Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical unit. This unique role requires an adaptable RN who is comfortable providing care to both emergency and inpatient populations. The RN will assess, treat, and monitor patients across multiple acuity levels while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care in a critical access hospital setting. Requirements: 2–3 years of Emergency Room experience required
Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Active Minnesota RN License required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
TNCC certification required
Epic EMR experience required
Associate Degree or Certificate required
Ability to care for both ED and Medical-Surgical patients required
Willingness to float to the Infusion Therapy Clinic for medication co-signs and break relief if needed
Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
