Description

This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 92-week contract. This is an urgent start role at Larkin Chase Center, where the OT provides rehabilitation services to patients with physical, cognitive, or functional limitations. The role may require floating within the facility to support patient care needs.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state and have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills, adaptability, and experience with electronic medical record documentation are required.
