Certification/License: Active Michigan RN license required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of MS and Tele experience required
BLS Certification: Current BLS (AHA) certification required
Shift: 12 hours, Nights
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Float Requirement: Required to float units; will be required to be in a float pool
Attendance Policy: Strict three-strike attendance policy in effect as of 9/1/2026 — any absence, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or leaving a shift early without prior approval results in a strike; 3 strikes results in immediate termination (extenuating circumstances with documentation reviewed case-by-case)
Core Responsibilities: Comprehensive patient assessments; medication administration and charting (including IVs); wound care and specialized equipment management; care coordination with multidisciplinary teams; patient/family education; early recognition and response to medical deterioration
