DAYS: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
JD: Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Required Education: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
Required Certifications & Licensure: IL PT License, BLS,AHA.
