Description

Make a lasting impact in the lives of students and help shape brighter futures! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Phoenix, AZ, for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Develop and implement individualized instruction and learning plans to support students with diverse educational needs.
Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations, adjusting instruction to promote academic and developmental growth.
Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to monitor student achievement and coordinate services.
Supervise and provide guidance to classroom support personnel to ensure an effective and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
