Position Overview:
Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to young learners with diverse developmental and educational needs.
Develop and implement lesson plans and individualized education goals that support student growth and success.
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and provide effective student support.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field
Valid Pennsylvania Teaching License/Certification in Special Education or Early Childhood Education (Required)
Experience supporting young learners with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs preferred
