Description
Position Overview
Provide school-based nursing services to students in Pre-K through 5th grade across multiple elementary school sites.
Assess and respond to student health needs, including providing appropriate nursing care and support during the school day.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote student health, safety, and well-being.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with applicable school and healthcare requirements.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active and current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience providing nursing care in a school, pediatric, or community-based setting preferred
