As an Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist with Cross Country Education, you’ll help students in New Castle, DE build essential communication skills while collaborating with a supportive school team.
Position Overview
Provide speech-language services to elementary students to support communication, language development, and successful participation in the educational environment.
Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to support individualized student needs and positive educational outcomes.
Apply evidence- and research-based strategies to promote student communication, learning, and achievement.
Deliver services in person or remotely as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and following established service requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid or eligible for a Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
School-based or pediatric experience working with elementary students preferred
