Description

Position: PT Inpatient Rehab

Shift: 5x8 DAYS (0800-1630)
Call Req: NONE
Weekend Req: Yes- Rotation
Holiday Req: Preferred, every other
Floating Req: NONE

What are the PT to patient ratios daily, approximately? 1:5 ratio (7-8 visits/day)
What are the most common patient diagnosis you see? Stroke-amputees-post surgical pts
Any Special procedures the PT's do? Gait Training-Therapeutic Exercise-Balance/Transfer training- Family Training/Discharge planning
Any Specific Unit details? Report out on pt POC/progress 1x week @ Team Conference
Any Special equipment the PT's work with? Lite Gait body weight support-treadmill

Years of experience REQ: 1YR
First-timers accepted: YES

Certs REQ: BLS, State License

Locals accepted: No- Travelers must lives at least 50 miles away from the facility
