**CHEMO CERT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION**

SCHEDULE IS 4x10 DAYS M-F, WEDNESDAY OFF
70% Onc Based Therapy, 30% Blood Transfusion, IVIG, Hydration, Iron
1ST TIMERS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH CHEMO CERT AND 2+ YEARS OF EXP
