RN Navigator - GI unit
Clinical responsibilities: NG tubes
RN Navigator provides education and resources to facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all phases of the care continuum.
Performs care assessments and triage of new and ongoing patients (including patients on a clinical research study) by phone, in the clinic, or in coordination with other healthcare team members by other communication methods

MediPro Job ID #343-248701. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
