Description

- RNs with minimum of one (1) year of recent Special Procedures experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.
- Required Certifications: CA RN license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

RNs will assist providers with diagnostic, therapeutic, and minimally invasive procedures for patients in a controlled, non-emergency setting.
RNs will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures in areas such as interventional radiology and vascular procedures.
RNs will be performing pre-procedure assessments, obtaining and verifying patient histories and consents, administering medications and moderate sedation in accordance with hospital policy, monitoring patients throughout procedures, assisting physicians and technologists during interventions, and providing post-procedure recovery and patient education.

MediPro Job ID #52254-3. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
