Description

Candidates must have 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA), TNCC, and an active Minnesota RN license at the time of submission. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care across the continuum within Sanford Health. The department is a 15-bed Emergency Department with 4 fast-track rooms and 1 triage area, maintaining typical ratios of 1:3–1:4. Experience in busy ED settings with ~28,000+ annual visits and Trauma Level III or higher facilities is preferred. Nurses will use EPIC and Accudose systems (training provided during orientation). 12-hour rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights) are scheduled with every other to every third weekend, with no call requirement, and nurses never work alone. RNs may float to Med-Surg units as needed.

EA Team Job ID #1067003. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
