Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an RN in a CVOR environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries
• Prepare and maintain the CVOR by ensuring proper setup of equipment and supplies
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists during operative procedures
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient status to assure safety and optimal outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient records
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols, infection control, and hospital policies

$2,374 - $2,502/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
