Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience (ICU setting preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other RNs
• Administer medications, fluids, and blood products per established protocols
• Manage advanced life-support equipment and conduct patient/family education
• Document patient status, interventions, and progress using electronic health records
