Job Setting: Level III Trauma Center
Credentialing: Must have actual state license, board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in ABEM or ABOEM, or Board Eligible with ATLS and PALS
Licensure: Active state license and DEA
