Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Must be willing to work both day and night shifts

Job Setting: ICU
Coverage Requirement: Flexible scheduling across both shift types required
Patient Population: Adult Critical Care
Credentialing: Expedited onboarding available
EMR: Orientation provided
Travel: Provider must reside 90+ miles from facility to qualify
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required
Active Arizona NP license required
Active DEA required
Documentation of CCNP training required
BLS certification required through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
ACLS certification required through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
ICU experience required
Must be comfortable managing critically ill adult patients independently
Provider must complete CHS credentialing requirements including CAQH questionnaire
