Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 8a–8a, including weekends
• Setting: Level III NICU
• Type of Cases: Critical care neonates, delivery room attendance, neonatal transport
• Census: 26-bed NICU, Nursery ADC 10–15, NICU patient load 7–10 per shift
• Skills: Proficient in all Level III neonatal critical care procedures

Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Certifications: BLS, NRP (others as facility requires)
• Licensure: Arkansas – Active or Ability to Obtain
