• Setting: Level 4 NICU, ECMO surgical unit
• Type of Cases: Neonatal ICU, ECMO, advanced procedures
• Credentialing: 90 days, certifications required in person
Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified Neonatology Nurse Practitioner
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• Licensure: Utah – Active or Ability to Obtain
