Now Hiring: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team in our Brand New 24-Bed Inpatient Rehab Unit. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Six months of experience preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Licensure and Registration in Arizona. CPR.
REQUIRED COURSE(S) TRAINING:
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION:
SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians.
