Position Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
- Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner. .
- Completes required exams; sends studies to reading station for radiologist review,
- Completes all associated documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
- Licensure/Certifications: ARRT ( R ) and documentation of MRI training and experience; must obtain MRI Registry within one year of hire; BLS; state license if required
- Preferred Requirements
- Education: Associates degree or Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1-3 years
