Care Setting: Rehabilitation Therapy
Shift: Monday to Friday, Days
Patient Care Areas: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Key Requirements

Licensure: State License Required
Certifications: Rehabilitation Therapy
Experience: SNF Experience preferred, New Grads welcome
Vaccination: COVID test required 72 hours prior to start
